for the purposes indicated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (from now on the Regulation), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, I hereby inform you that the personal data that you have provided and have been acquired by the Law Firm of attorney Alessandro Nepi will be processed in compliance with the Regulation pursuant to the connected rights and obligations and that:

  1. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING – The processing of the personal data is aimed exclusively at the complete and correct performance of the requested tasks both for extra-litigation and litigation matters.

PROCESSING TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA – The processing is carried on through activities, performed with and without computer and data transmission systems, and it entails the collection, registration, handling, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The processing of your personal data is carried out by the controller and by any of the controller’s representatives expressly authorized by the controller.

CONVEYANCE OF PERSONAL DATA AND REFUSAL – The conveyance of personal data, including common data, data of a sensitive nature and data relating to criminal convictions and offenses, is necessary to carry out the activities indicated in the above paragraph a) and the refusal by the data subject to convey personal data makes it impossible to carry out such activities.

  1. DATA COMMUNICATION – Personal data may be transferred exclusively to the controller’s representatives and may be communicated for the purposes indicated in the above paragraph a) to outside collaborators, persons authorized to accept service, counterparties and their attorneys, arbitrators (if applicable) and more in general to all subject to whom the communication is necessary to properly carry out the professional tasks and for the purposes indicated in the above paragraph a). By providing any personal data (including sensitive personal data), you are consenting to such transfers, provided that they are in accordance with the purposes set out above. Please do not send any personal data if you do not consent to the transfer of this information. Personal data are not subject to dissemination.

  1. DATA STORAGE – All data are stored for the period provided for by law and regulations applicable to the legal profession.

  1. TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY (IF APPLICABLE) – Personal data may be transferred to E.U. Countries, other Countries outside of the European Union or international organizations within the scope of the purposes indicated in the above paragraph a). The Data subject will be informed on the existence or absence of an adequacy decision by the E.U. Commission.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT -The Data Subject has the right:

  1. to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

  2. to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

  3. to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. to revoke his/her consent to the processing of the personal data.
